Conditions and Terms for using the Services of Luminai Drafting Ltd.

1. In engaging the services of Luminai Drafting Ltd. the "Client" is deemed to consent to all terms and conditions below.

2. Luminai Drafting Ltd. may provide drafting and or graphical services for the "Client" on the condition that to the best of the "Client's" knowledge, all source data and graphical material provided to Luminai Drafting Ltd. by the "Client" is free of any legally conflicting copyright, trademark or patent issues and the the "Client" has the legal right to use and modify and commercially display this source material. The "Client" accepts that, Luminai Drafting Ltd. cannot be responsible for verifying the integrity of this material and is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of such material causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

3. Luminai Drafting Ltd. may provide drafting and or graphical services on the understanding that it is the responsibility of the "Client" to provide Luminai Drafting Ltd. with information that is truthful and in no way of an offensive nature. Luminai Drafting Ltd. assumes that information is provided by the "Client" honestly and with good intention. The "Client" accepts that, Luminai Drafting Ltd. cannot be responsible for reviewing the accuracy, reliability, suitability and decency of the information that the "Client" provides. Luminai Drafting Ltd. is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of such information causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

4. Whilst Luminai Drafting Ltd. endeavors to produce work of a high professional standard, Luminai Drafting Ltd. cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability on all its maps and other works of a graphical nature. The "Client" accepts that it is the "Client's" responsibility to fully check and proof read all material provided from Luminai Drafting Ltd. with regard to it's accuracy and completeness before displaying the material to other parties. It is also the "Client's" responsibilty to have backup copies of any material provided to Luminai Drafting Ltd. Luminai Drafting Ltd. is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of such material causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

5. Luminai Drafting Ltd. will provide hourly rates on the request of the "Client". The rates will be on a job to job basis and are subject to change. The "Client" will be notified of any rate changes subsequent to a previous job for the "Client" prior to the commencement of a new job for that same "Client". In certain cases, Luminai Drafting Ltd. may quote a total cost estimate for a particular job. In such a case the "Client" accepts that this estimate will be for what the "Client" initially requests. On commencement of the job any additional requests will be charged at Luminai Drafting Ltd.'s current hourly rate. Luminai Drafting Ltd. will notify the "Client" prior to, during or at completion of a job or at any time the "Client" requests, the terms of payment in lieu of services rendered. These are particular to each "Client" in question, based on credit status, current account status, and nature of job in question. These are in addition to the terms outlined here.

6. Work being ordered by an "Agent" acting on behalf of a "Client" will be subject to all the terms and conditions as the "Client" outlined above. The "Agent" will also have to provide proof to Luminai Drafting Ltd. that the "Client" has authorized the "Agent" to request work on the "Clients" behalf. It is the responsibility of the "Client" to inform Luminai Drafting Ltd. of any changes in the status of the authorized agent.
